Happy Halloween

I don't have pictures to post. Haven't been taking any but we did have a great weekend of soccer last week and thought I would share. Haley had a Halloweenfest Torunament in Placerville. It was all 10U boys and girls and the people who put it on where so much fun. Every team dressed up, painted their hair and face. It was so cute. We are STILL trying to get he red hair paint out of Haley's scalp LOL
They won two games and lost two games. I will see if I can borrow some pics from someone. They looked pretty funny most of the weekend. Hayden spent the night and went to the tourney with us on Sunday. He was bored but the coach was really sweet to him and took him under his wing. Thanks Coach Rich. He got his hair painted too!

Oh I do have pics, I forgot to mention that we have a new family member. Mandy and family game Haley a kitten for her birthday. He is so fun and so acts like a kitten!
His name is Nikko and he is a 11 week old Tabby. He goes to the vet on Tues. for shots and snip snip and then he is ours for sure.

Where has the Month Gone

Well it's gone by planning for birthdays, getting ready for Halloween and trying to make it through my Christmas Card swap and the new World Card Day Challenge on one of my boards on MSN. Let's start with soccer news. Haley's team finally got past tie after tie after tie and WON a game this week. They were very happy girls.

So next there was Halloween. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the cupcake costume I made for Jordyn. She will wear it again though and we'll do better in the picture dept. Hayden's school has had their carnival and Haley's is next week. But Haley was invited to a Halloween Party on Friday evening at a friends house. This is her costume without the striped tights.
She is a little unhappy cause everyone else wore short and 'overage' costumes so she didn't get any compliments. I think she was adorable.
More Halloween pictures promised later.

And lastly we celebrated Haley's 10th birthday with her friends at Roller King. It was a lot of fun and they had a great time. I would do it again in a heartbeat. No mess, no fuss, they wore themselves out and had a great time. She won't be 10 until Friday and we will have a party at home that night.
This is some of the group. The girl in grey is Alyssa and her birthday is the very same day as Haley's!! And of course Hayden is in front. I could not believe how well he skates. He was about three feet behind Haley at all times LOL

Here is Grandpa showing Jordyn where everyone is. She was all over the place. No sitting for long here. She love the locks at eye level on all the video machines LOL
Here is Ellie doing her thing. She was a great little skater too. Of course it helps that her wheels were tightened down a bit!

Here is Jordyn skating around with her daddy. To be honest I don't think she liked it very mush. She seemed quite worried all the time they were on the rink.
Mandy even got out and skated for awhile. Although the proof!, pictures didn't turn out so?????

Haley is a lucky little girl. She got a new pair of roller blades from her daddy, clothes and a fun movie from her Gran & Papa in AZ, new bedspreads and shams from us, lots of gift certificates, and a couple of webkins and one really nice shirt. She has a few more things to come on Friday and we are sure she is very spoiled.

Last night at my crop I made gift card cards and gave everyone at the party a small gift card to Jamba. Of course the hot pink wasn't to fun for the boys but whatever LOL Free Jamba is free Jamba! Ignore the pic of the Christmas Card I made, I am too tired to reshoot the picture LOL

And last of all some of the things I have made this month. It's been a full month in the Roser household for sure.

Catching Up

Oh My Gosh, it's been two weeks almost since I posted. Either I have a really boring life, (yes), or I have just been busy. Where can I start and what have we been doing? We have taken Tony BACK to the Dr. and yes it's cracked, not broken through so they put him into a boot which has helped him to get around better.

Last weekend Haley had a bye (sp) weekend at soccer so I went camping with my bunco group.

Yes I AM the old lady and the tea totaler in the group. But I had a great time and I got to know everyone so much better. Yes they also got to know my 'wobbles' better too LOL I took a small spill after dark. What was I thinking, I need my seeing eye husband whenever out after dark. Especially in a campground LOL Everyone was very sweet and I didn't get hurt. When the tennis shoe fairies came in the night and stole one shoe from everyone, they were nice enough to leave BOTH of my shoes. How is that for pathetic LOL We took enough camping gear to stay for weeks but only stayed less than 24 hours. Had a great time though.

This week went by fast. This weekend the guys worked so hard on our pond project and they bought fencing so I am very excited. It will keep Harley from breezing over the neighbors fence and keep our babies from falling into the deep end.

I need to make Halloween costumes this week, a cupcake and a half/angel/devil or something like that! Last night Ellie spent the night and today her whole family came out and had dinner. Thanks goes to Obee for cooking it once again! We never planted pumpkins but we grew them!

For some reason the old pumpkins we threw away last year rooted and grew in our mulch pile!!

We picked some today and here are a couple of pics...
